At Camtil (developed and operated by Futureai Tech Pvt. Ltd.), video surveillance data is treated as strict proprietary property of our client organizations. We do not sell, inspect, monetize, or use customer video footage for third-party advertising.

2. What Information We Process

• Telemetry Logs: Connection statuses (LIVE, DOWN, MISCONFIGURED), ping response latencies, and uptime records.
• Diagnostic Snapshots: Cryptographically verified low-resolution frame snapshots captured exclusively during optical state transitions (e.g. blur or obstruction alerts) to notify designated administrators.
• Account Details: Administrator name, company email, mobile numbers for alert delivery, and login audit trails.

3. Zero-Trust Encryption Standards

Communication between on-premise Edge Appliances and the central cloud is protected by zero-trust transport encryption. Cloud storage archives are encrypted using AES-256 bit encryption at rest. Live video streaming is delivered via authenticated WebRTC session tokens.
