By subscribing to Camtil services or installing the Camtil Edge Appliance, your organization enters into a binding subscription agreement with Futureai Tech Pvt. Ltd..

2. Lawful Surveillance Use

Camtil is engineered strictly for legal physical security operations, asset protection, and equipment maintenance verification. Subscribers are solely responsible for ensuring camera placement complies with all applicable privacy laws and building regulations.

3. Service Availability

We target 99.9% availability across cloud telemetry and video relay infrastructure. Periodic scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated via the administrator notification system.
